Q: Where does your product come from?

A: All over the World. Our Fabrics mostly comes from Indonesia, China and Malaysia but all dresses are made in Malaysia.


Q: Is there a minimum order?

A: No, You can order any quantity. Only our fabrics are sold by the meter, the rest of our products you may purchase in any quantity.


Q: How quickly will my order arrived?

A: By Pos Malaysia usually takes 3-7 business days to arrive, by EMS Poslaju courier usually takes 3-5 days depends on your State location, and by Express Mail within East Malaysia 1-2 days within West Malaysia 3-5days, by International Parcel Post 1-3 weeks, depends on your country location and weight of your parcel.


Q: What method do you use for shipping?

A: EMS Poslaju courier, Pos Malaysia standard, Pos Malaysia Express, Stamp Pos, International Parcel Post .


Q: What are your shipping rates?

A: Your shipping rates will be calculated with Pos Malaysia and are determined by your Country or State location .


Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Of course! We will ship internationally even if your country cannot be seen at the map!


Q: Can I return my order if I don’t like it for any reason?

A: Of course! Your satisfaction is our priority. We have 7 days return policy. We'll be glad to refund or exchange the cost of merchandise for any reason. All of our products shipped in transparent plastic bags. Please return in its original condition. However, there are NO returns on Promotional and Clearance items.


Q: Do you have a physical store?

A: At present, we are an on-line store only.


Q: How do we know whether the size for the dress is fit?
A: You can measure your size by referring to our standard measurement that implies to all dresses.


Q: What kind of payment do you accept?

A: At present in Malaysian Rinngits (RM) we accept On-line E-Banking from 3 Malaysian Banks from customer saving or current account or via Western Union (International) and PayPal.


Q: May I reserve an item?

A: Yes. You can book your item by email. We will keep your item booked for 7 days only.


Q: Out of stock items?

A: If we are out of stock on an item you order, We will send you an email telling you the item is currently out of stock and the expected delivery date. At that time you can tell us to cancel the backordered item or deliver it when it arrives. Usually we will not be delayed more than 14 days on any item.


Q: What if my order get Lost?

A: Pos Malaysia and Poslaju courrier are shipped with registration numbers and if you don’t receive your package within 2 weeks, we will use this registration number to investigate location and status of your parcel. If you wish to insure your parcel, let us know in advance, we will inform you by e-mail insurance charges.
